English Cupcakes

I’ve given my first english lesson to some friends of ours, Hanna and Erik, and Leon and Maya joined in.

This week their task was to make cupcakes (reading the ingredients in English, and speaking only English of course). The cupcakes had to be decorated with the theme of ‘England’!

Train Week

Last week was train week. It started with a slightly obsessional need to read lots of ‘Thomas the tank engine’ books, and led to the pulling out of, and playing with, the wooden train set…

We set up a train inside, where the ‘nabbis’ (rabbits) were the passengers….
